Clubs
Different clubs under the guidance of teachers like Nature club, Tourism Club ,Maths Club,Science club,Social Science Club and IT Club are functioning. Environment Day, Reading Week, Space Week, etc are celebrated under club activities
Baker Band
We are lucky to have band team and we have secured several prizes in district and state competitions.
SPC
The student Police cadet is a school based initiative by the department of Home,Govt of kerala that trains High school students to evolve as future of democratic society. It aims at inculcating in the students respect for the law discipline, civic sense, empathy towards vulnerable sections of society and resistance to social evils. The SPC project has been implemented in our school in the academic year 2012-2013.
NCC
A wing of NCC is functioning very well in the high school section
NSS
A unit of National service Scheme is functioning in the higher Secondary section from 2015 onwards
Guides Unit
Baker School was blessed with the first Guides unit of our country in the year 1952. Government has upgraded the guiding Unit to the Higher Secondary level in the academic year 2014-2015 and the higher secondary started its functioning on 23rd January 2015.
Study Tour
Study tour for class X and XII second year students is generally conducted during the month of october.
